Frequently asked questions
Common questions from buyers, integrators, and compliance teams evaluating Reguvera.
Is Reguvera a form builder?
No. Reguvera includes guided forms, but the product is an onboarding and verification platform. The value is in the combination of digital intake, source integrations, field-level verification, metadata, correction workflows, documents, signatures, audit history, and decision preparation.
Can we keep our existing CRM and core systems?
Yes. Reguvera can serve as the CRM layer for regulated acquisition and onboarding, or it can augment and integrate with the CRM you already use. CRM, core banking, policy administration, BPM, compliance, and document-management systems can remain in place while Reguvera handles governed onboarding, verification, consent, signatures, and application-status visibility.
How are new external sources added?
Through integration services that map authoritative data back to the onboarding file. Each source can contribute trusted baseline values, source timestamps, verification status, and provenance, so staff get a consistent review experience even when the underlying systems differ.
Can Reguvera support Slovenian-first and international deployments?
Yes. Slovenian-first integration examples include Rekono, SI-PASS, SISBON, SISBIZ, EuroTax, AJPES eRZPP, and Bisnode (a Dun & Bradstreet company). The product positioning is broader: digital identity, credit information, business registries, company intelligence, asset valuation, pledge registers, insurance, AML, privacy, CRM, BPM, and document systems all have local equivalents in other markets.
What makes the platform audit-ready?
Reguvera tracks submitted values, trusted baselines, verification status, correction requests, attachments, signatures, application logs, data-access events, and staff review actions. Compliance, risk, and operations teams get a clearer chain of evidence without reconstructing the case from email threads and separate portals.
